MICHAEL SCHENKER’S TEMPLE OF ROCK-Spirit On A Mission

In-Akustik/Coast To Coast

There are so many young talented hardrock bands out there that give new great impulses to the heavy genre. But it’s even greater to still have around the guys who started the whole metal madness in the first place. Like, axeman Michael Schenker, who may have had his biggest success during the seventies and eighties but this guy, still knows how to rock his guitar. `Spirit On A Mission’ is simply an enjoyable hardrock album based on good (swinging) guitar riffs and melodies. Schenker proves again why he still belongs to the Hall Of Famous Guitar Gods, while partner in crime and former Rainbow vocalist Doogie White makes sure that classic sound is always present. We can conclude: `Spirit On A Mission’ is a mission accomplished.
