Switzerland, the country of chocolate, cheese and expensive watches. That’s how most of the people see our tiny little country, except certain Americans who don’t even know the difference between Switzerland and Sweden, but that’s another story and not the point here. The reason Switzerland is a topic is because of the brand new release ‘Delirium’ by Rap-Metal sensation Mindcollision. Never heard of them? Well that’s a pity as they are one of the hardest working bands I know (and I know many). These guys burn stages since 2002. Mindcollision never followed any trends and deliver an intense and extreme mix of raps, screams and heavy riffs somewhere between Downset and Meshuggah. You can’t imagine how this might sound? Well, that’s pretty easy, buy their new record ‘Delirium’ and you’ll know. The twelve songs will melt your brains like an atom bomb. To prove the international level of Mindcollision, I simply can mention the features of Frankie Palmeri of Emmure on the song ,,Subject Zero” and hip hop legend Ives Irie of Delinquent Habits on ,,A Place Called Home”. Whoever compares the size of our country with the professionalism of its artists deserves a straight slap in the face. Mindcollision is huge live and on record and if you haven’t checked them out by now, you might consider having your musical taste checked.
