Raven will always be remembered as one of the founders of New Wave Of British Heavy Metal and above that the brothers Gallagher get the extra credit for the arise of the subgenre thrash and speed metal. Although their glorious days were back in the eighties these three musketeers never let metal go. They prove it hard and heavy on their new cd `ExtermiNation’. Singer/bass player John Gallagher sounds exactly like thirty-four years ago while Mark Gallagher shows some nasty rocking guitar licks, solos and hammering riffs. The new songs are pounding, energetic and strong so yes dear Raven, we rock till we drop!!!
