Haters would say, Trivium isn’t Trivium anymore, because Matt Heafy evolved his singing voice and decreased his shouting to a minimum. I’m glad I’m not a hater but an objective music lover. Since Trivium started and got labelled as the new Metallica, they never stopped in improving their musical skills and songwriting. Paying tribute to classic heavy metal and mixing it with modern metal riffs, Heafy and his crew will earn their way up to the throne. Of course bands like Iron Maiden, Metallica and others are still active but they all feel the breath of Trivium in their necks. ‘Silence In The Snow’ will definitely divide the fan base but will also gain a lot of new fans as well.
